The check-in process was smooth and easy the gentleman helping me was very efficient knowledgeable and friendly. The room setup was beautiful but the loveseat couch was very well used and looked in need of replacement as well as the pillows there was black mold on the white curtain hanging above the heater and the pillows on the bed were little pillows you would find on a couch made Sleeping a little uncomfortable although they did put five of them on the bed it just wasn't the same. Got up for breakfast and was a little sad to lift the hot breakfast lid and find four hockey puck eggs and for sausage patties that did not look appealing at all the bagels and breakfast pastries were frozen so I was a bit disappointed but as the hotel goes as a whole it was very nice and well kept except for a few items that needed attention if I needed to I would definitely stay there again I would just walk to Bob Evans in front of the hotel for breakfast
