«We stayed in one of the wine barrels, IT was a wonderful, fun and special experience. Complementary port wine and drinking water in our room. Ate dinner at the restaurant, bacalao was delicious. Breakfast was good. We missed the free wine tour. Only thing missing to make the experience perfect is mail in advance informing about the wine tour, then we could have gotten there in time.»

«Staff at the hotel were superb.. I read some of the comments about five star hotel in previous reviews while the hotel itself may not be a five-star the staff and the service is easily five-star… I laugh at some of the comments…. if you want little slippers and matching housecoat, look like a prince and princess, then go to Palace… the meals were suburban with the first class chef from Brazil… when I came to the restaurant bar you couldn’t want more for service and quality…. awesome place for ...
