«A new, well presented and well proportioned home for family of five (plus dog). Light and clean inside with large deck outside. Reasonably well equipped, though light on cups and good sized glasses, and no microwave (noting this wasn’t listed). For us it suited that the location meant there were no near neighbours but, at the same time, the property grounds and driveway were a bit of a building site and not yet developed. A delight to have the wild turkey and chicks roaming in the long grass.»

«Loved the place with all the facilities - limited instructions eg. TV use, and information about the area. Didn't realise how close the neighbours were and had to keep curtains closed most of the time to prevent neighbours on all sides seeing in. Wonderful and close access to the beach. Great to have our dog with us and would stay again but be wary of being there when other neighbouring baches had guests.»

«Property clean and warm but I felt run down. Being in my 70s no where to put soap etc in shower just the floor heated towel rail broken. Very little crockery. Frying pans very loose handles. Only one seat to sit on outside on deck others broken.»

«This is one of the best surprises I've even had when booking a bach! We turned up to an amazing bach with a stunning view over Karikari Peninsula. It was beautiful, functional, well thought out and even solar powered. We booked for one night but really didn't want to leave. Super comfortable, somehow simple but luxurious - I would highly recommend staying here. The host was really friendly and helpful and it is close to some incredible beaches. «Patrick was an absolutely wonderful host and the arrival process was smooth and easy! It was the most stunning location with a lot of space for the seven of us that stayed. Unfortunately it rained most of our stay so we are hoping to stay again to get to spend some time outside on the property. One thing to note is that the property is completely off-grid. We loved this aspect but definitely worth knowing that there is just one composting toilet and one shower when you have a big group! ...

«Absolutely spotlessly clean bach! Great location across from the Coopers beach shops, beach and playground. Very well set up and kept 2 bedroom with renovated kitchen and shower. Deck and bbq make relaxing easy. Pull out couch was comfortable. Lovely garden with gorgous flowers and birds. We always have an awesome stay here.»
