I had a one night stay and immediately after entering the bathroom I stepped in water and wasn’t sure where it came from there was water in the sink countertop as well so I assumed the lean was coming from the sink onto the floor due to previous plans for the day I just cleaned it with the four towels that were in the room got dressed and left. When I came back I had to ask for more towels because of me using the original small four cleaning the leak. And I did let the front desk know and was told the “didn’t realize how bad the leak was” and ntm this was a handicapped room they also said “ being that you requested a handicapped room that was the only room we had left” so I get a room with a known leak which could’ve possibly caused an accident and I’m already disabled? They should’ve never rented the room out the sink faucet is also leaking water and needs to be plastered down and the water pressure lessened. The clerk was nice but she said I would get a discount if I come again I was told that when I came to check out of the room I appreciate the gesture but I wouldn’t even take a chance going back there again ntm holes in the sheet upon arrival but it’s a non smoking hotel ( indoors) so why not buy new linens for your establishment? Do better seriously
