Bra beliggenhet, dårlig renhold
Dette stedet holder ikke 5 stjerner standard grunnet 2 ting, renhold og service. Selve hotellet og beliggenhet var det ikke noe og utsette på. Men kan ikke si det samme om renholdet på rommene, første dag kom de ikke før vi ga beskjed. Ikke skiftet de brukte glass, kopper, ikke støvsugde eller vasket gulv/overflater veldig bra. Ikke påfyll av kaffe/sukker. Ikke renhold av terrasse. Det eneste stedet det var god service var i buffet/frokost restauranten. Vi bodde på rom 008, og dette rommet var nok av litt eldre del da det begynte og bli litt slitasje og flekker/vannskader enkelte steder. Og veldig mange søte katter på området.

Amazing staff, everyone was so friendly and helpful. Great facilities. Beautiful spot in the bay that can’t be beaten for a swim. Would recommend to anyone.

Relaxing stay. The cats were a great bonus. Breakfast included different traditional Montenegro food every morning. Staff was warm and made us feel welcome. The hot tub was clean and worked great. We spent 5 nights taking day excursions to Bosnia and Kotor old-town or just enjoying the room and hot tub. On the last two days I felt more relaxed than I've felt in the last 20 years. I would recommend this hotel for decompressing and being close to beautiful sites.

Very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and well kept resort. Would have loved to spend a few more days. Only difficulty was its location. Driving from Kotor bay felt a little stressful due to the road which runs along the bay with little side barricades….

A very nice Hotel around 20 min away from Kotor and Tivat. Located directly at the sea with a beautiful view on the surrounding landscape. The hotel offers nice rooms with comfortable beds and furniture. Unfortunately, the cleanliness could be improved, especially in the bathroom/ shower. Also, TV did not work properly and wasn’t checked although mentioned at reception. Breakfast was amazing! The food was really good and the Mexican staff in kitchen and service did a great job! During autumn/winter period the spa is limited to the indoor pool, steaming bath and sauna. Cleanliness can be improved here as well. Spa Treatments are nice and the staff was extremely friendly, too. All in all it is a nice hotel at a very place. However, for a five star hotel, cleanliness should be improved and the famous “extra mile” should be considered for the service.

The hotel was lovely, unfortunately what let's it down is they have gone into Winter mode meaning outdoor pools, bar are closed, and even though it's the end of October and still warm the bedrooms are far to muggy and hot that meant I had rubbish night sleeps :-( because they are in winter mode you can not put air con on they do offer a fan , If you leave the doors open you get alsorts of bugs visiting, another room had a cat visit them lol.

Great if you don’t have OCD!
The service and scenery was excellent but the hotel itself is not a shining example of Montenegro’s craftsmanship. Even in the highest end suite the quality of the finishing was poor with the tiles uneven and the jacuzzi leaking. First world problems for sure but if this was your house most of you would have the tradesmen comeback to sort it out. The hotel is covered in little imperfections that it’s annoying as a guest. The pool areas are designed to be as slippery as possible…I don’t understand who signed off on any of this work to be honest.

The rooms were excellent, brand new and clean. The views of Kotor Bay are excellent and the dining options were good if a bit too expensive. The pools are very nice and even have a swim-up bar. I would stay here again.

Fabuleux séjour
Chambre spacieuse et très confortable au sein de ce très grand resort à la propreté impeccable, avec de nombreux équipements. Bouteille de vin de bienvenue avec fruits et macarons dans la chambre. La salle de sport et l'espace bien être sont excellents. Choix de restaurants et bars sur place. Le petit déjeuner est très varié et très bon, avec des plats minutes servis à table. La piscine extérieure est immense. Le personnel est bienveillant et très aimable, bien que nous ayons du sortir nous même nos bagages de la voiture puisqu'il y avait un manque de personnel a notre arrivée qui a été compensé par 2 coupes de prosecco offertes ainsi que le voiturier qui nous a monté les valises en chambre. De même l'hôtel propose des masques pour les yeux pour dormir qui ne peuvent finalement pas être fournis lorsqu'on en a fait la demande. Le spa sur la terrasse de la chambre est agréable avec la vue sur les bouches de Kotor. Pour résumé nous avons passé un séjour confortable et très agréable dans ce 5 étoiles.

Beautiful location, clean property overall. Service is terrible, staff needs major training, although management tries to fix the issues and ultimately they did for us. However, a lot of our precious vacation time was spent on trying to figure things out and fix the issues. We booked The Panoramic Sea View Room with Jacuzzi and had barely any view, let alone "panoramic" view. We had a perfect view of the parking lot, buildings and tall overgrown trees. We stayed in room 220, avoid it at all costs if you would like a beautiful view and are specifically staying at this hotel for the views. They would not change the room because "there were no other rooms available" but miraculously had better rooms for our friends who arrived later that night and booked the same category room as us at the same rate. Do yourself a favor and stay at the swim up pool/sea view rooms.
