THE SPACE
Styled with timeworn coastal keepsakes, cozy artwork and comfortable furnishings, the cottage feels like home the moment you arrive. A bright open-concept kitchen and living area flows into a sun-filled dining sunroom, perfect for shared meals with a view. There are three bedrooms: two with queen beds and one with a single-over-double bunk, ideal for families. A centrally located full bathroom adds convenience.

OUTDOORS
Sip your morning coffee or unwind at sunset on the waterfront deck. Wander through the gardens, stroll the sandy shoreline, or settle into one of the peaceful outdoor spaces as the ocean breeze rolls in. Private shoreline access is just two cottages down (to the left when facing the water).

THE AREA
The quiet, picturesque neighbourhood is a 5-minute drive to PEI National Park's beaches and trails. Stanhope Golf Course, Fin Folk restaurant and Richard's Seafood, famous for its lobster rolls, are close by. Charlottetown is 20 minutes away and the airport 15.
