Beautiful Villa "Chia" Close to Beach with Sea View & Garden

Close to the fine sand along the southern coast of Sardinia, in the charming town of Chia, Villa Chia is composed of 4 separate holiday homes which share an extensive garden with a sea view.



“Appartamento Chia A” offers a living/dining room with a sofa bed, a kitchenette, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people.



“Appartamento Chia B” consists of a living/dining room with a sofa bed for one person, a kitchenette, one bathroom, one bedroom with one double bed and one single bed and can therefore accommodate 4 people.



“Appartamento Chia C” features a living/dining room, a kitchenette, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people.



Finally, in “Appartamento Chia Grande”, guests will find a living/dining room with a rustic fireplace, a functionally-equipped kitchen, 3 double bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people.



In total, the 4 homes can therefore accommodate 20 people. Additional amenities include satellite television, baby cots and Wi-Fi upon request.



Outside you will find a large, lush garden, with fresh flowers, a variety of shady trees, an outdoor shower as well as seating areas with views over the mountains and the glittering sea. There is furthermore a barbecue available to prepare delicious meals together.



A fantastic selection of white, sandy beaches are just a stone throw’s away: the beach of Su Portu is just 10-minutes walking or 900 m from the property and the beaches of Chia Sa Colonia, Su Giudeu and Campana Dune are between 1.5 - 4 km or a 4 - 9 minutes driving from your front door. Furthermore, a supermarket and a selection of restaurants with local specialities are just 1 km or a 3-minute drive away.



Street parking is available.

Towels can be provided, depending on availability upon check-in, at an additional cost.
