Hoteller nær Domaine de la Neuraye

«Great location, inside the Fontevraud Abbey, albeit a long way from the parking to the reception. Even if they offered transport to and from, it was not always available. The hotel appeared new, and was clean and fancy. Huge drawback in this hot summer was the lack of real A/C, only a noisy portable unit which added to sleeping problem. Helpful staff, not very proficient in english though. The abbey itself was huge, charming and interesting, alas in contrast to the local village. The ...

«Many things were not acceptable in regards to our room. The windows did not open fully due to the curtains blocking them and it was stifling hot. and when we tried to manipulate them, we were afraid they would break. The daily housekeeping was unacceptable - coffee cups were left dirty in the room, the bathroom didn't appear to have been cleaned at all, and in the bathroom the windows did not shut properly. «A beautiful logis in a stunning village, a lovely relaxing place to stay, the pool was fantastic and very welcome in the hot weather.»

«Incredible location and really lovely staff, however no aircon and also a bit too pet friendly with dog poo left in the garden»

«Visiting Sarah-Jane and Gerald at Beaumont estate was the highlight of our drive through the Loire valey. We thouroghly enjoyed Gerald's wine tour and tasting, and especially his wilingness to share his thougts and opinions as well as experience and knowledge regarding the making of wine. sampling the various expressions gave us a much better understanding of how the process and choises of the winemaker affects the final product. In addition, the wines were truly great, so thank you both for ...
