IMPORTANT " PAYMENTS & SECURITY DEPOSIT "

Payment Terms:
The total rental amount is divided into two payments. At the time of booking, an initial payment of 50% of the total amount is required. The remaining balance must be paid one week before the scheduled check-in date. Please note that payments will be processed via automatic debit at the specified times, using the payment information you provided at the time of booking.

Security Deposit:
To protect our property, we require a credit card authorization for 1,000 euros as a security deposit. Please note that this amount will not be charged to your account under any circumstances. It will be used solely to cover any damage caused to the property during your stay.

It is important to note that the security deposit will only be used in the event of damage found in the accommodation. As a responsible traveler, we encourage you to take good care of the property and to report any issues as soon as you arrive.
