«nice big rooms and great lounge with lit up fireplace. I was there out of season and bar and restaurant were not open all days - check before you going if that is important to you»

«The grounds and rooms and decor are very upscale Catskill and nice. I really enjoyed the many amenities available all day, including: games; coffee and tea; s'more kits; the fire pit that was well tended (and there was also an outdoor fireplace), the gas fireplace in the room and the small touches even in terms of encouraging a relaxing shower and the noise-cancelling machine in room - just very thoughtful touches everywhere.»

«Our room and the common spaces were clean and cozy. Breakfast was lovely and our non-dairy needs were able to be accommodated. We didn’t interact much with any staff but each process was such a breeze that we really didn’t need to. The hotel is in such a great, central location and is an easy walk to restaurants, shopping, and scenic spots.»

«El personal de recepcion fue muy atento y servicial. Nos encanto todas las amenidades del hotel y la energia del sitio. Definitavemente queremos volver.»

«The room had a musty odor. We were in one of two occupied rooms, so it was very quiet except for road noise. The outside could use some sweeping to get rid of cobwebs around the windows and door. To be fair, the owner’s son has his hands full running the place and working his own job while the owners recuperate from an accident. The son was quite nice and he provided a good continental type breakfast. The location was good for us.»

«Loved the stay here as well as the friendly staff. Jamie who had helped us check in was very friendly, helpful and made us feel welcome. Location was very dog friendly. Our room was very clean, quiet and had a beautiful scene of nature. Nice place to choose for a quiet get away stay.»

«Beautiful old home, clean, very comfortable bed, nice breakfast. The only downside was a shared bathroom with 3 rooms. Expedia didn't show that, we wouldn't have booked it if we knew. Very nice host.»

«Graham & Co. is unfortunately an excellent example of the inflationary nature of our experiences at present. The owners have repurposed a property that was probably in disuse, in a very basic way and is capitalizing on the beautiful surroundings of the Catskill mountains to overcharge for the accommodation. The room was clean and had a comfortable bed. However, the towels were worn ( one had rust on it as did the towel hooks and various screw heads) the walls were bare, the toilet continued to ...

«We had a wedding in the area and this place was perfect for our needs. There’s a bar to the front of the property, which was fun to hang out and play pool. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean.»

«We thought that the setting was very nice but we had some issues. Not all of the blinds closed. The soap/body wash/shampoo dispensers were faulty and we had to remove the dispensers in order to use. Couldn’t regulate the heat and were either cold or hot. There was a family with children above us and there was constant thumping from above. The construction of the place did not provide for adequate noise mitigation. I think if we had stayed one night,or even two, it might not have been as ...
