Great hotel very close to west bay. Only downfall was the fact that we couldn't use the spa area as it was closed until after Ramadan.

The standard is No more 5 stars hotel. Old property, not even proper shower. Struggled with hot waters.

Older 5star hotel Location 📍 Good location in walking distance to Saad metro station and a couple of restaurants Staff 🏨 Staff are nice and polite but not very helpful, I had a couple of requests , all promised but none delivered Rooms 🛏️ Rooms are old and not 5star-clean, king bed is actually attached-twin-beds and does not feel as comfortable. You will feel space between two frames. Pillows are not comfortable. Room size is decent 🔌🔌 Power outlets are horrible, they never work and everything is loose including room electric furniture. Power broke my hair blower due to power inconsistency. There is no power outlet close to bed. 🏊‍♂️ Pool and Spa Wonderful pool and spa, very clean with a nice architecture 👨‍🍳 Restaurant Food is good, staff are not well trained and it gets forever to call them as they are never around. Price It is expensive compared to other options, recommend to choose other higher end 5 star hotel or decent 4 star with more comfortable room

We had a fantastic time at the hotel! It's beautiful, clean, and definitely feels like a five-star spot. It's conveniently close to restaurants. The pool was very nice, the lifeguard kindly gave our one-year-old a float to enjoy it safely. The staff were super friendly, especially to our daughter. Great stay overall!

Comfortable stay during business trip
As a business traveler, the hotel was perfect for my stay. Very comfortable bed, large standard room. All the standard amenities, both espresso and regular coffee in the room which I appreciated due to irregular hours while I travel. Wifi was sufficient for video calls. Overall very nice upscale hotel. Clearly not ‘brand new’, but very well maintained and still great ambience.

Not 5 star
Hotel is very old, rooms smelly, bed uncomfortable, breakfast average, but everything over pricey. For sure not 5* quality you would expect around Doha. I wouldn’t use again.

A “use to be” 5 stars hotel. This property is getting old at all levels. The shower hardly works. The staff leaves their equipments in the hallway all day long and all night long.

If any hotel deserves five star, this one does!!
I travel on business and leisure for long periods of the year. This hotel without doubt is first class. Service, food, and the gym facilitties are simply incredible.

옥상에 Roof TOp Bar도 있어서 좋았어요. 카타르는 술 마실때가 없어서 힘들었었는데, 마실떄가 있어서 좋았고, 시설등 비누부터 하나씩 신경을 많이 썻더라구요...

Good location and staff
Is a mature 5 star property, showing a few signs of wear but this is overshadowed by the excellent staff. Dining options are good but expensive, some rooms suffer noise from the bar night club.
