«We had a great time at the property! Everything was clean as promised and there were several cool places, including a food truck, within walking distance. The AC was also nice and cool. If you are wanting a place close to the shoreline of the bay this place cannot be beat, especially for the price. I wouldn't hesitate to go back!»

«We (my wife and I) had a nice quiet stay. Check-in was easy and the location is just off 98 in Carrabelle so it's super easy to find. There was a firepit in the back with wood already on site and we used it both nights we were there. In previous reviews, I read the water pressure in the shower wasn't very good. To me, the water pressure seemed normal. There was also ground coffee and coffee filters on site, and we used those too. I did notice the coffee cups and other cups we used didn't ...
