The room was beautiful and clean. The lights kept going out in the room. Had to go to the front desk to ask about it because there was no phone in the room. The desk agent was rude. Told us it was a new room so didn’t have a phone yet. What?? We asked for a room facing the back parking lot because we had a U-Haul. She said because we were prepaid we couldn’t be moved. Just not a pleasant person.

The breakfast area was nice and lots of choices, makes it easier to get on the road. Wish I had had time to use the pool and hottub, it looked nice.

Rooms were nice but super loud I booked 2 nights the first night i couldn't sleep kids we're running back and fourth the hall and yelling let the clerk know and if i could switch rooms said no didn't give an attemp and the 2ND Night the same thing people next door were super louder and i belive the upstairs clerk didn't do nothing about it

There was a chunk out of the floor in the elevator as well as something spilled on the floor, so I was dubious. The room, however, was clean, and the pool was great. I was sad that the pool didn't open until 10 in the morning, as I like to exercise first thing. It wasn't the nicest hotel I'd ever been in, but the people were nice, so I'd stay again.

Rooms were very clean annd spacious. Easy highway access. Good breakfast. Did hear noise from other rooms like rolling suitcases as floors are not carpeted.

I was impressed by the cleanliness of the lobby. It was well kept. That was the best part of our stay. Unfortunately, we couldn't go straight up to our room because the machine that scans the key cards wasn't working. The extremely friendly, kind desk attendant tried over & over again to alleviate the situation. Finally, after 20 minutes, he was able to scan the cards and get us a key. Our room was on the 3rd floor. The interior of the elevator was extremely dirty & I wondered if I had chosen the wrong hotel. The first thing I noticed when I exited the elevator was that the tile below our feet wasn't grouted. We walked into the hallway leading to the rooms only to discover the floor was under construction. The carpet had been laid but the edges that were trimmed off were left along the floor on the sides of the hallway. Large buckets were at the end of each side of hallway. The room numbers were written on blue painters tape on each door. There was no sign directing you which direction to go based on your room number. The hallway was very dirty-as I would have expected due to the construction. The furnishings in our room were new but the carpet & bathroom floor were dirty. It wasn't finished but it would work. The sheets looked clean and the mattress was new but there were no curtains. A roll-up blind was in place but it was transparent. The parking lot street lights provided a spotlight directly into our room. We didn't get any sleep thanks to the lack of window treatments.

The hotel is being beautifully renovated. New carpet, new beds, removing bathtubs and installing wall-in showers. Our room was spotless and very nice. Our first evening here there was a homeless person camped in a corner of the outdoor patio. They were not there the following evening.

It was a good stay overall but they were in the middle of remodeling and had hallways torn up and elevators not working properly and other little things outside of the room that were eyesores or minor inconveniences. I understand the need to remodel facilities but maybe it could be done in a way that doesn't impose on the people staying? The location is just off the major street through town so it's a little loud and was hard to sleep but I'm also a light sleeper anyway so that's more on me and not them. The room was excellent. Everything nice and clean, plenty of space, nice facilities in the room. Very happy with the actual room. Staff was fine and cordial as well. Would stay again.

The hotal looked good on the outside and was ok inside ,they were remoldeling on the 3rd floor and it was noisy at times. However our room was very nice on the 4th floor.

Really relaxing
It was great experience, hot tub worked great. The elevator was a little worrisome cause it would stop on 2 l the time but comfortable stay. It also had a blind that let in much light and so it was hard to get to sleep and worried about changing in room.
