"After our previous hotel stay in Djerba, we decided to spend a bit more money on a three-star hotel, and the difference was huge. For a relatively small extra cost, the experience was dramatically better in almost every way. I would definitely choose this hotel again. The hotel generally felt clean and well maintained. When we first entered our room, we unfortunately noticed some ants. I informed one of the cleaning staff immediately, and she was incredibly kind and helpful. She dealt with the problem right away. Later, I also made a mistake myself by leaving leftover pizza in the room overnight, and the ants returned the next day. Once again, I informed the staff, and they handled it immediately. I was genuinely impressed by how fast, professional, and service-minded they were. The cleaning staff in particular deserve special praise. The pool area was simply amazing. For me and my children, it became one of the highlights of the entire trip. The pool was large, beautiful, and very inviting — almost like a small paradise inside the hotel grounds. It truly gave us a relaxing holiday feeling. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay, and this is definitely a hotel I would happily stay at again."
