The space
Beautifully decorated and cozy 2-Bedrooms, 1-Bathroom house with big fenced backyard to enjoy with your entire family (children, friends, other family members & even furry friends!)!

The backyard has the grill, firepit, rocking chairs and outdoor furniture.
The living room has fireplace, tv, sofa bed and recliner with massage and heat on the seat. Kitchen with coffee bar, blender, pots, pans, dishes and cooking essentials (salt, pepper, etc).
Bedrooms with comfortable beds, pillows, throw blankets and beautiful bedding sets).
Bathroom with bathtub, towel sets and bathroom essentials (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash and body moisturizer).

Additional rules
1. We kindly ask you to be respectful and thoughtful with the neighbors regarding loud music and noise.
2. Music should be in a low volume after 11pm.
3. Please try to keep the house in the conditions you received it, setting up the dishwasher, putting the garbage in the containers, etc.
4. Any additional person without previous notice in the property will charged $25 dollars or $500mxn, but if we see it necessary, we will cancel the stay without previous notice.
5. In order to bring a pet with you, we will ask you to let us know in advance and to cover a fee of $20USD per pet, per stay.
6. If you require late check-out, you will need to ask at least the previous day to the check-out if it is possible, according to the arrival of the next guests. In case late check-out is available, every additional hour after 11:00am will cost $10USD. The same price applies for previous hours to check-in (3:00pm) if early check-in is required.
7. A $60-200USD fine will apply if the house is left in bad conditions (garbage out of place, leftover food, beer and water bottles in the hot tub and outdoor area, dirty dishes, furniture moved from one room to another, etc).
8. The guest will be responsible for any missing or damaged item during their stay, having to cover the cost of it.
9. No parties or events allowed without previous authorization. The fine for an unauthorized event will be $280USD.
10. To break any of the house rules will be a reason to cancel your stay without any reimbursement.

Additional requests
If you need late check-out and we are able to provide it, please let us know ahead of time (at least the previous night) so we can have the cleaning crew later that day. The late check-out price is $8USD per extra hour. Please make sure to leave dishes washed and the house as you received it.
