«Our room was clean, modern and had a great view of the ferry harbour. Staff were friendly, helpful and available. We'll return here next visit to Quadra Island.»

«The rooms bed was not clean, under the pillows there was hair. Other than that it was a good stay.
They wanted to give me a free meal on my next stay, but being from Newfoundland i will be a long time before returning. »

«The property is well located in the centre of the village.
Only complained we had was due to the outside noise (Power saw and back-up alarm from forklift) created by the construction in the harbor. A room on the other side of the hotel might have cushioned that noise somewhat.
The staff lady which we connected with in the Grocery/Liquor Store was extremely helpful and sourced a microwave and cutlery for us , since the restaurants where still closed for the season.
Would definitely stay there ...

«This cabin was extremely overpriced for what it is and the time of year. This is our only complaint. This is a 100 per night cabin max in late October. It is a cabin that has a out house toilet and no kitchen. We feel ripped off.»

«The staff are friendly and the rooms clean, the disappointment was the roof top deck that was not open. As a summer visitor that was what we were expecting and had I known the rooftop deck was not open and had been closed for the season I would have booked elsewhere. Don't think I'd stay there again.»
