«Very friendly and help full staff»

«Breakfast was tasty but not very hot. Facility feels very tired. Lots of repairs and landscaping required. Previous guests snack crumbs were all over the porch, tables not wiped down and matress covers ripped and fraying at the corners. We were put up in the Quadra building which is closest to ongoing construction. Noisy and a construction dumpster just a few feet away from our balcony. Not great.»

«The staff are friendly and the rooms clean, the disappointment was the roof top deck that was not open. As a summer visitor that was what we were expecting and had I known the rooftop deck was not open and had been closed for the season I would have booked elsewhere. Don't think I'd stay there again.»

«The property is well located in the centre of the village. Only complained we had was due to the outside noise (Power saw and back-up alarm from forklift) created by the construction in the harbor. A room on the other side of the hotel might have cushioned that noise somewhat. The staff lady which we connected with in the Grocery/Liquor Store was extremely helpful and sourced a microwave and cutlery for us , since the restaurants where still closed for the season. Would definitely stay there ...

«It was fully equipped to be self-contained, which is good because there's nothing else close-by for meals. The "chalets" were unique and fun to try for a couple nights. We booked it as a way to see the more rustic northern part of Vancouver Island. Staff was really nice.»
