«The staff are friendly and the rooms clean, the disappointment was the roof top deck that was not open. As a summer visitor that was what we were expecting and had I known the rooftop deck was not open and had been closed for the season I would have booked elsewhere. Don't think I'd stay there again.»

«The property is well located in the centre of the village.
Only complained we had was due to the outside noise (Power saw and back-up alarm from forklift) created by the construction in the harbor. A room on the other side of the hotel might have cushioned that noise somewhat.
The staff lady which we connected with in the Grocery/Liquor Store was extremely helpful and sourced a microwave and cutlery for us , since the restaurants where still closed for the season.
Would definitely stay there ...

«I would never stay here again. The place was filthy and falling apart. Drywall falling apart, door falling off the hinges, carpet torn and fraying, floor was not washed and bedsheets were dirty. We asked for another room but the 2nd room was just as bad and on the 3rd floor with burnt out lightbulbs and filthy hallway. I took lots of videos but not photos so can not post them on this form. I was blown away by the condition of the place. Would never stay here again!!»

«There was a large group checking un when we arrived. We had to leave and come back, as everyone at the front desk was helping and 1 coild not stop just to process our checkin. Was a bit tight for us getting to our event, and would have been very helpful had 1 of the front desk people been able to help us.»

«It was fully equipped to be self-contained, which is good because there's nothing else close-by for meals. The "chalets" were unique and fun to try for a couple nights. We booked it as a way to see the more rustic northern part of Vancouver Island. Staff was really nice.»
