«Excellent accommodation when you are just passing through. Very clean, and quiet. Exactly what you need when you need to recharge and get going in the morning. However, travellers need access to the washing and drying machines there was no indication that these were out of service. As this is a student residence I was in the laundry area and witnessed people using these machines. I put my detergent and clothes in proceeded to pay and nothing. «So convenient to access hospital. Hotel parking only a short walk to the hospital. Room was clean however beds were lumpy with rubber mattress protectors that were noisy every time you moved in bed. A/C malfunctioning and a staff member came up to fix. It started to cool down and then malfunctioned again. 24 degrees and wouldn’t cool down. Had surgery in the morning and couldn’t deal with maintenance interruptions any longer. Needed some rest. Poor breakfast selection. Had stayed here previous ...

«The hotel might be fine but you will be afraid to park your car. Had two rooms booked and didn't use them as the facility is surrounded by homeless encampments. Not entitled to a refund but just gave away my money because my families safety isn't worth it. Avoid downtown Sudbury in general. Bummer.»

«We often stay at this Comfort Inn in Sudbury. Never had any issues. It's in a safe location, easily accessible, near the stores and restaurants like Costco and Montana's. It's walking distance from Silver City. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean, breakfast is good.»

«Downtown Sudbury is in sad shape. The location of the hotel is confusing. The route from Parking to the Lobby is long and hard to get the hang of. Breakfast was good and the room was nice and clean but it was the most confusing hotel I've ever been to navigation wise.»

«The fan in iur bathroom was obnoxiously loud and woke each other up to just use the washroom during the night. The bed was a worn mattress on a wheeled frame (no actual bed frame) The night staff were sleeping. The parking lot makes 0 sense. Could definitely use some renovations. The wallpaper was peeling in the room and the window frame was probably original. Breakfast was nothing to write home about and had no sausages or bacon available. Would not recommend...»
