Petit Chalet Authentique

Come and relax in this unique and peaceful little authentic chalet with breathtaking mountain views, nestled in lush greenery near Annecy and the Aravis ski resorts. This independent, two-level cottage offers 36 m² of living space in a comfortable wooden chalet. Located on an 800 m² plot, it's close to forests, pastures, and at the foot of the Parmelan mountain and marked hiking trails. On the garden level: a living area with an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen. Amenities include a TV, bar, round table with a removable top and four chairs, plus two additional stools. There is also an armchair, a sofa, and two velvet stools. Shower room/WC with window. Access to the bedrooms is via two rather steep, narrow staircases (see photos). Upstairs: attic bedroom with a maximum of 4 beds (2 single beds 90x200cm and 1 double bed 140x200cm). Bed linen provided, beds made. Towels are available as an option for 8 euros per person. Wi-Fi access. Furnished terrace in front of the cottage with garden furniture. Washing machine and dryer available on request in the garden shed next to the cottage, limited to one use per week. Ironing facilities available in the chalet. Menthon beach and castle 14 km away, Annecy town and old town 11 km away, Annecy-le-Vieux (lake, shops, greenway…) 8 km away. Thônes 12 km away.
