The L'Opalin apartment enjoys an exceptional location in the heart of Dinard, just 150 metres from the large Écluse beach and the Clair de Lune promenade (GR34). Everything is within walking distance: beaches, shops, restaurants... The Place des Halles, home to Dinard's wonderful market, which takes place every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, is less than a 5-minute walk away.

Although located in the very centre, the accommodation is quiet because the living room balcony (5th floor) faces the other side of the street, which means you don't have to put up with any potential noise pollution due to the central location.

Important information about the private parking space: The garage is not accessible for vehicles over 1.85 metres high, as the beam in the garage entrance is 1.90 metres high.
