Located on the second floor (no lift) in a quiet, secure residence, it comprises a pretty 28 m² living room, fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower).
Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

- The flat has a lovely rooftop terrace facing north/west to make the most of the fine weather. It is equipped with a parasol, an outdoor table and chairs and garden furniture.

The flat is ideally located in Dinard, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park your vehicle directly in the underground car park; the flat has a private garage box. N.B.: This may be more difficult for an SUV or estate car.
