Located on the 2nd floor of a quiet, secure residence (with lift).

It comprises an attractive living room, a fitted kitchen, a sleeping area (in the living room), a bathroom and a balcony.
Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

The accommodation is as follows:

The Beach Appart enjoys an exceptional location, right in the centre of Dinard, just 100 metres from the large Écluse beach and the Clair de Lune promenade (GR34). Everything is within walking distance: beaches, shops, restaurants... The Place des Halles, where the wonderful Dinard market is held every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, is less than 5 minutes' walk away.

Public transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the accommodation's private parking space. The car park is located 20 metres from the residence.
