Welcome to Lake Cliffe Condos, a hidden gem in the heart of Dillon—directly across from Lake Dillon and the Dillon Amphitheater.
This 3BR/3BA ground-floor unit in Building F offers views of the lake, surrounding mountains, and the amphitheater just steps away.
Walk to the Dillon Marina, restaurants, and downtown. Hiking and biking trails are just around the corner.
Keystone Ski Resort is minutes away, and the Summit Stage bus stop nearby provides free access to four additional ski resorts including A-Basin and Breckenridge. Vail is just a short drive down the highway.
The clubhouse features a heated indoor pool, two large hot tubs, and a community lawn space with picnic tables and room for outdoor games.
Our condo is fully stocked with amenities, and includes a full kitchen.
• Master bedroom: King bed, cable TV, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, and in-unit washer and dryer.
• Second bedroom: Queen bed with en-suite bathroom and full bath.
• Third bedroom: Queen bed, with access to a third full bathroom.
• Bathrooms: Three full baths stocked with towels, toiletries, and a hair dryer.
• Living room: Large sectional, gas fireplace, flat-screen TV, open layout, and lake views.
• Kitchen: Fully equipped with modern appliances and essentials.
• Dining: Large table with mountain views, seats the whole group.
• Patio: Private with views of the lake and amphitheater—watch live shows from the comfort of your unit.
• Extras: Clubhouse access with pool and hot tubs, lawn space, picnic area, and trail access.
Explore downtown Dillon just steps from your door—dining, live music, and lakefront activities are all within walking distance.
This 3BR/3BA unit comfortably sleeps 6 people with 3 beds and 3 full bathrooms.
We pride ourselves on guest service and support. There’s a Welcome Book in the kitchen with helpful information for a smooth stay. We also provide a 24/7 emergency contact (info in the Welcome Book).
Please note:
• The building HOA is strict on parking. Two HOA-issued parking passes are provided in the Welcome Book. A $150 fee will apply if not returned after your stay.
• Camper trailers and oversized vehicles cannot be accommodated onsite.

PARKING:
*IMPORTANT*- The H.O.A. will tow any vehicle without a parking pass. There are two parking passes in the front of the "Welcome Book". Make sure passes are in your vehicles at all times during your stay. $150 replacement cost from the H.O.A. for parking passes not return to the front of “Welcome Book”.
CLUBHOUSE:
Key Card is in the front of the “Welcome Book”. The hot tubs and salt water pool are in the Clubhouse, located across from this building. Pool towels can be found in the bedroom closets. Hours are from 10am-9pm daily. Key Card must be return to the “Welcome Book” at check-out to avoid additional replacement costs.
SKI LOCKER:
Key is in the lock box and the ski locker is located across from the front door.
FIREPLACE:
Fireplace timer located to left of the fireplace. Do not adjust gas this will turn the pilot off. Due to high winds, pilot may blow out. If pilot needs to be relit, contact us right away. We will be right out to relit the pilot during normal business hours. For emergencies ONLY, gas turn off is to the left of the fireplace. The key is in the dining room closet.
CABLE TV & STREAMING:
All TVs have Xfinity Cable TV. If you login to Amazon, Netflix or other streaming services on a smart TV, be sure you log out when checking out.
WASHER & DRYER:
The washer and dryer are located in the master en suite bathroom. You are provided with detergent found above the washer & dryer.
THERMOSTATS:
There are 4 thermostats in this home that control baseboard heaters. One in each bedroom and one for the kitchen and living room. Do not leave any clothing or furniture touching baseboards as this is a fire hazard. When checking out please turn thermostats to 60 degrees.
COOL AIR:
There is NO air conditioning in this home. Open the windows to create a cross breeze of cool mountain air. There is a portable fan in each bedroom closet.
TALKING TRASH:
You are provided with trash bags under the kitchen sink. When kitchen trash is full, please take bagged trash out to the dumpster (left side when walking out of this building) during your stay.
LIGHT BULBS & BATTERIES :
If a light or remote dies during your stay, extra light bulbs and batteries can be found in the dining room closet. If any hard-to-reach ceiling bulbs need to be changed, contact us. Let us know if you need it done during your stay or after you check out.
ELECTRICAL PANEL:
Electrical box is located next to the fridge in the kitchen should a breaker trip.
EMERGENCIES:
There is a FIRE EXTINGUISHER and FIRST AID KIT under the kitchen sink.
The front door is the fire exit. If this is not accessible in an emergency you will next to exit through the patio door.

My husband and I had the most wonderful time with friends. The property was clean and spacious and the patio was perfect for enjoying the music across the street at the amphitheater. We will definitely plan another stay!

Very nice condominium nicely updated very clean and great communication from host. Walikg distance to lake,amphitheater,restaurants and everything Dillon has to offer. Highly recommend this place.

We stayed during a very busy period for Dillon but found the property as advertised. The location is excellent - easy access to several restaurants and such. Looking to return next year.
It was nice having seperate bathrooms, especially having 2 teens. Being able to walk to the lake was a plus. Was neat sitting out on the balcony listening to the band.

A group of us stayed here while we worked an event at copper mountain. It was so cute and clean and cozy. Everyone was super comfortable, plenty of space for us and the beds were the best. The sheets were so soft. Would definitely stay here again, great location too! Food and groceries and more nearby!

This was a great location for us to go skiing. We had 4 adults and a toddler and there was plenty of room. The bedrooms were spacious, having room to walk around all the beds and having 3 bathrooms was a big plus too!
Our family of 4 stayed at this amazing condo for 3 nights to ski in Summit County. The condo was clean and well appointed. Directly across from Lake Dillon and close to stores and restaurants. We loved this spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bath, condo and would definitely stay here again.
The property manager was always quick to answer questions about changing the number of guests or the days of our stay. Check in was easy and the property was clean and well stocked with kitchen/bathroom essentials. It exactly matched the listing. Great space for our family weekend getaway. The pool was great and we were close to restaurants and shopping. Will definitely be back and would definitely recommend.

Excellent communicatiom from start to finish. Location is ideal to ski or play outside in warmer weather. Three bedroom, three baths wonderful space for 3 couples or a family. Nicely eqipped kitchen and space to eat in. Can't beat the view! Our group raved about it!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The place was spacious and nicely furnished. It was quiet and the beds were extremely comfortable. We had a nice view of the lake and there was a great playground across the street by the lake. We really enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub which is right across from the condo. The pool was nice and warm and we enjoyed both swimming and sitting in the hot tubs (there are 2 of them). Great location - I would happily stay here again.
Great space to rest, eat and play with a large family gathering. All amenities were available and we were relieved to have the first floor unit for unloading at the end of a busy ski day. Loved, loved the heated pool and hot tubs, just a short walk away. Thanks so much to the Journey west team!
