«Pros; Quiet and convenient location Cons; Shared Bathroom, extremely dated decor and feel The door to my room had recently been forced open and badly repaired. A good shove would push in the door. The building feels like a 1940's cheap rooming house without any of the character and charm you'd hope for. Decor is dreadful. Suspended ceiling and fluorescent lights. «The house was cute, and there was plenty of room. I didn't feel cramped in it. The thing that impressed me the most was the thoughtfulness that went in to supplying items I might need. For example: there was laundry detergent for the washer, shampoo and conditioner. Two different coffee makers and coffee and creamer. All of it was fabulous!!»

«Nice room to have a quick stay in nothing longer it felt like the beds were super itchy and the doors next to each room creaked so loud when opened and closed to the point it was so loud all night with people coming and going . I will say this was the best option in Dillion if you wanted half decent. Pet fee 15 and incidental was 150»

«Great location and beautiful scenery. It was a bit warm inside, maybe more fans and additional unit in 2nd bedroom. The code did not work at check in so it took an additional hour to talk to Expedia and locate the host. Thankfully there was an outlet on the porch or my phone would have been dead.»

«We enjoyed a comfortable night. Coming off cycling the Great Divide its always nice to have some comfort. The property was in a bit of disarray when i was there. I was arriving on 4th July and everything was shut and bolted. The property is under new mgmt due to extenuating personal circumstances. They are trying their best under the circumstances. But its obviously a challenge. Once all is running smoothly i would recommend staying a night. For now it is hard to recommend»
