Topp hotell i Dijon
Et supert hotell med kort vei til hjertelag Dijon. Store, fine rom med god aircondition. Veldig bra frokostbuffet. Meget god service. Spesiell takk til Isac som var til stor hjelp da bilen plutselig streiket.

Godt hotell i Dijon!
Hyggelig hotell og god standard, like ved togstasjonen og sentrum i Dijon. Gode rom, moderne og gode senger. Frokosten hadde alt man trenger og hotellet har en fin hage.

Dårlig service.
For dårlig service til å være et 5* hotell. Ingen god service da vi kom, vi måtte selv hente noen til å «hjelpe oss» med bagasje og parkering av bil. Vi kom litt sent til hotellet og da var det fullbooket i restauranten. De var lite behjelpelige med å finne annen restaurant, de hadde ingen roomservice så da endte vi opp med å spise noe enkelt i baren. Ingen rydding eller nye håndklær på rommet på kvelden. Totalt sett en superdårig opplevelse av hotellet og servicen.

Excellent service and help with reservations
Very nica staff in all departments. The reception was very helpful with organizing transportation from Charles de Gaule airport, and to/from Beaune + good restaurant reservations.

The staff was most hospitable! We had trouble with our shower and the hotel manager was most gracious. We had trouble getting a taxi to the train station and one of the staff drove us to the gare. Remarkable customer service!

Very impressed with the hotel overall. Beautiful property. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was courteous and helpful when asked directions to our tours meeting point. We ended each night with a cocktail at the bar next to the lobby. Will definitely definitely stay here again when we visit again.

A True Gem
As the first stop on our honeymoon it was a wonderful stay! The staff was wonderful and very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which can make all the difference no matter what the rest of the property is like. We had a high corner room getting a pretty view of the square. The rooms aren’t “big” but the layout sure makes it feel so, with an entry area, sitting area, coffee bar, beautiful bathroom, and 3 balconies! The small touches are noticed from lighting to soft carpet, robes, and towel heater. We didn’t have time to take advantage of the rest of the property like the restaurant (which is a favorite of the city) or the spa (which is beautiful) but we can only imagine they are lovely also as they were both very busy. Dijon is a beautiful town and we hope to return and will certain be staying here again! Merci!

A case of somewhat faded glory. Positives include excellent central location for tourism, dining and shopping. Hotel dining and bar facilities exceed the norm for most hotels. Negatives relate to the "faded" aspect of the hotel, including dirty and threadbare carpeting in the room and hallway and a very underwhelming lobby area. If you are driving, as you will want to be in the beautiful Bourgogne region, direct access is non-existent -- you will be buried under one-way streets and obscure/confusing directions. Valet parking at the hotel is a must.

Hotel perfeito. Ótimo custo benefício, extremamente limpo e organizado. Staff super atencioso. Localização excelente. Muito confortável, quartos grandes. Restaurantes e bar super legais e deliciosos.

Excellent stay!
Beautiful hotel! Clean. updated! Great service and attention to the guests. saw a 3 star in the front and it should be without a doubt a 4 star hotel! Very Classy and the room was excellent! Do not miss it if you ever stay in Dijon.
