«Staff was amazing at check in. However, the room had almost no conditioner in the bathroom, and the AC unit was malfunctioning. The fan would blow but no matter the temp, it was not cooling. Condenser appears to be broken. Needs addressing. Other than that, the bed was comfy, and the parking was safe, which is critical in Amarillo. »

«The bathroom had only toilet paper + tissue. No mirror in the bedroom area. When 2 people are staying a second mirror would be appreciated. Felt more like a hospital room, than a hotel room. »

«Very friendly staff and room was nice and clean. It was completely satisfactory for a quick stop on the way home. Minor things: facilities were a little outdated, and the hot tub was out of order. Pillows consisted of six small throw-sized pillows on the king sized bed. However, I was very grateful for getting a room last min that was under $200/night with such welcoming staff.»

«Super cute, fun, and innovative. I will say though the internet never worked for the tv in the room, trash was left on the floor, and I was pretty bummed to see hair on the floor in the shower- I also washed a couple dishes that were caked with grease and debris. »

«Check-in staff just stood there and acted like I was inconveniencing them by checking in. Room was super dirty. Hair on all the towels and counter. Visible stains on the beds, and bad smells. wifi and tv didn’t work. Just stay somewhere else. We thought it would be fun for the kids but it was a gross hotel. »
