«Everything that matters in a hotel stay was excellent.»

«We were in town for a wedding and didn’t spend much time in the room but staff were wonderful and friendly and the hotel is lovely.»

«If you’re a non-smoker like I am, whatever you do don’t select the option for room type assigned at check-in. That’s what I picked thinking the difference in room type would refer to the view. Wrong! There’s one floor with smoking rooms, and that’s what I got assigned when I checked in. The place was sold out, so I was stuck sleeping in a room that smelled like an ashtray. The bed was at least comfortable, but it was not an enjoyable stay at all.»

«The bed was clean. Property is older and could use some updating. Room was smaller but manageable.»

«Not worth saving $50/night against other hotel options. Smells of solid smoke, carpet covered in stains, room needed a lot of paint touchups, AC was SO loud every time it turned on (had to sleep with earplugs). The only positive that I can find from that hotel is that we made it through that experience without getting bedbugs & the front desk lady was really nice. I got the feeling that this was more of a low income housing place than a hotel.»
