«We stayed for 10 nights and were very happy. The room was clean, had everything we needed for a comfortable and cozy stay. Daily housekeeping kept us up with everything we needed, everyone was very friendly. Only issue I would say with this hotel is that it needs more parking. We forgot to book parking and were fine parking in the 3 hour time limited car parking on the street which is free, but I feel like this will become increasingly unavailable as New Epping develops and gets busier.»

«The first room that I was given, smelt terribly of cigarette smoke when I entered. I opened the balcony door to get some fresh air into the room. I very quickly closed the door again, as there was a pile of cigarettes butts in the middle of the balcony. I went down to the reception area to inform them of the situation. They very quickly & most apologetically gave me a much better room.»

«The room didn't match the description and was quite poor, lacking the features described like sound proofing (there was a big gap under the door), cooking facilities and being small. It was also quite dark and basic, and pretty old. When I showed the reception staff the description of what I booked, they said it was wrong and I should call Expedia if I wanted help. «A nice room for the price paid, nothing terrible and nothing overly special. Staff friendly and attentive for the brief interactions we had. Happy hour in the bar a nice addition. Didn't eat there so can't rate the restaurant. Overall a solid 4/5.»

«Old hotel with a touch of Class, excellent staff. Free parking for residents. Yarra Station winery next door (they have a fanstastic restaurant as well) Tasting with return of tastings cost if you buy bottles. We ate at the Chateau which was excellent, quality fair. The only drawback was the WiFi in the hotel (hopefully they will address that). »

«Nice and clean rooms. Good service and welcome gift.»

«Clean facilities»

«The serenity of the place was amazing, the views of the golf course, nature and wildlife was incredible»

«Det beste med dette stedet er resepsjonisten. Han var så behjelpelig og hyggelig med alt. Vår familie hadde jetlag og forsov oss da vi skulle sjekke ut. Han var så forståelsesfull og sendte med barna litt sjokolade i bilen på vei derfra. Han hjalp til med råd om alt og de hadde veldig god frokost. Ellers helt greit motell- men servicen er altså over snittet her!»

«Parking was easy and secure»

«Many of the common area lightning isnt working. In some areas half of the light globes are out. Feels a little bit too dark in common areas at night»
