«The room was well appointed and the Ocean view well worth the extra cost for the cool breezes and the sound of the waves. At night we could watch the moon illuminate the breaking waves. The sundeck on the 4th floor was a nice area to hang out with a good book, nice view with comfortable lounge chairs and outdoor furniture. The breakfast was a couple notches above the standard hotel chain breakfast and timed nicely starting with continental breakfast and hot items being added at 8am through 10am. ...

«Overall, the location was very convenient, especially being close to the outlet. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. However, I was woken up around midnight by someone banging a door very loudly. The TV noise and other sounds from outside continued after midnight, which made me feel uncomfortable. I had difficulty falling back asleep because I was worried someone might come to my room.»

«Great little room inside Rehoboth Beach. It looks newly refurbished. I LOVE the blackout blinds. This room is dark and I love it. There is no front desk. You are issued a door code via text. The system works great. Lastly the price. Very inexpensive considering where you are.»

«This was the best place I stayed. However, it was not at the Inn for which I paid. When I arrived, no one was in the office, but I ran into some guys renovating the property. The called the boss for me, and he put me at a much nicer property at Staybridge Suites, 34521 Old Postal Lane, Lewes. That was the nicest place Instayed on this vacations so far and the breakfast was the best. The WiFi was flawless.»

«First off, it's not a terrible hotel and if you need a clean, affordable hotel for a night or 2 with decent amenities, this isn't a bad choice. We are used to staying in larger rooms so that was one of the biggest drawbacks. If you had time spend alot of time in your room, it would be very hard. We could not locate the coffee maker that was supposed to be there. There is plenty of fresh, decent coffee 24hrs in the lobby. We had a couple issues with room including shower door not staying shut ...

«This is our go-to spot for enjoying a beach getaway. It’s centrally located between Rehoboth Beach and Ocean City. The pool is nice and everything is clean. We appreciate the quiet pace of the hotel.»

«This is the second time that we stayed here in an ocean front room and everything was excellent both times. We had a really great view from our balcony and it was very quiet. Other than that the beach and boardwalk is less than 100 yards from the elevators and there was plenty of onsite parking. A lot of reviews mention tight parking spots which had me a bit concerned but we found that is not the case. The spaces are plenty wide.»

«Check and check out was a process. They struggled with it being booked through 3rd party. Room was meh lots of hair on bed annd towels. Room needs major updating. Clearly has been through several storms. Luckily we were only in the room to sleep and it being only one night. The lobby was clean and the staff were friendly. Would I book again…maybe.»
