NOTE: The main living space and two bedrooms are on the upper level, while a third bedroom and laundry are on the ground level. *This house is not accessible for those who cannot climb stairs.

LIVING SPACE:

Kitchen is fully stocked, open, and group friendly featuring an island for socializing while cooking, and just around the corner from the outdoor living space. For grilling enthusiasts, there is a gas BBQ grill on the porch. Dine indoors at the dining table or at the patio table on the porch. Enjoy complimentary quality coffee, assorted teas, or hot cocoa as you relax with the view.

Living space is cozy and tranquil with reclining chairs in front of the large viewing windows, reclining sofa, fireplace, and TV with a surround sound bar.

Bathrooms are supplied with plenty of organic cotton towels, complimentary toiletries, and hair dryers.

Three alluring bedrooms - each with a brand new, queen-size, Beauty Rest pillow top mattress and scrumptious, luxurious bedding, including cotton linens and hypoallergenic duvets.

*Master Suite includes a queen bed, dresser, walk-in closet, two chairs, TV, fan, and en-suite bathroom. The master bath has double sinks and a bath/shower combo.

*Upstairs bedroom includes a queen bed, dresser, closet, chair, and fan. This room is adjacent to the main floor bath which includes a shower.

*Downstairs bedroom includes a queen bed, walk-in closet, two chairs with book table, and an en-suite bath with shower.

Laundry room with washer, dryer, and laundry sink is stocked with a variety of laundry soap and dryer sheets for your use.

Bike, ride, or drive through the Bear Lodge Mountains / Wyoming Black Hills on miles of mountain roads and extensive trail systems that lead to beautiful Cook Lake, Warren Peak, or Sundance, Wyoming. Spend time at Devils Tower National Monument hiking, climbing, and enjoying the history. The South Dakota Black Hills are nearby (most areas within a two-hour drive), where you can visit Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse Memorial, Sturgis, Spearfish Canyon, or the towns of Deadwood, Rapid City, Hill City or Custer. Going west, you can be in the Big Horn mountains or the towns of Buffalo or Sheridan, WY within two to three hours. You will find a Welcome Book in the house detailing area attractions.
