«Let me be clear, the staff that I interacted with was so nice and helpful. The first room they assigned me at 6pm was not cleaned from the previous guest. They then set me up in a room that had a conjoined room that was occupied and had a 2.5 inch gap from the door to the floor and I could hear ever word the guest next door was saying and I tried to muffle it with a towel but it barely worked.
