«#1 - every staff member we encountered were super nice and helpful. Super clean. Breakfast was good. Good workout room (although it could use a TV). The ONLY negative for me was the concrete sidewalks have some uneven joints and as such there are tripping hazards. The one near the west entrance was not marked as well as the others - I tripped and while not a big deal it could have been. Suggest fixing

«This a very good dog friendly property. There are grassy areas for dog walking. It is a safe area. The facilities are clean and functional. My only criticism is although nicely upgraded a few years ago, the bathrooms are starting to show wear and tear and need redoing. I visit Grand Junction 4 or 5 times a year for overnight stays and always stay here. Staff is friendly and helpful.»

«From the start we had some hiccups. There is no front desk, no one working on site. Check in was through text which wasn’t sent when called the number the bar offered us it was an AI person which roughly took us 30 mins standing in the sun outside the locked front door. Once in the room was cute, nice with a wet bar too. The bathroom door slammed shut which left it smelling musty and poopy inside. We went to dinner enjoyed a concert and walked back to the end of our night. Once ready for bed ...

«If you are traveling through Grand Junction you should avoid this hotel. They gave us a room with an air conditioner not working. Nothing like a July evening with not AC. I have stayed at this property before and ever time I stay their it's getting worse. This will be the last time I stay at this hotel.»

«Great location with a short walk to Main st. Enjoyed evening walks in pieceful and lovely neighbourhood with colourful houses.
Lots of parking space so no trouble finding parking.
The host vas very quick to respond to our question when we couldn’t get the wifi to work (correct wifi password is on the wall of the apartment!).
The apartment was comfy and well equiped, the kitchen had a pod coffee machine and we enjoyed the complimentary coffee pods and creamers☺️.
