We got in after our flight and it was well after 4:30 and they were telling everyone in line that no rooms were ready. We had to stow our luggage and get a text which was about 40 minutes later. That wasn’t a good start. The rooms were clean and nice but the guest fridge is so small. Much smaller than what we are used to for our water and soda etc. We had to show our ID and get our purse checked every time we came and went to the casino which took some time and the valet parking took at least 45 minutes to get our car. Charging a $26 resort fee I’m just wondering why? It covered valet but forget waiting that long we just self parked. I had a wine bottle to unload and bring to our room but the closest entrance was the casino where the security made you walk all the way to the front of the hotel. We were just going to walk through, but nope. It feels like they were just really understaffed and only having two valet drivers with all the events they had was surprising. I don’t plan on coming back. Didn’t enjoy paying more here without a good experience.
