Yes the room was in good condition..The door to the room looked like it was kicked in at one time..
After my first night stay I could not get my room serviced...I needed clean towels and glasses and coffee cups and bedding..I went to the front desk to request for this service and she told me she would contact Housekeeping....When I returned to my room at 7pm there still was nothing done...I went back to the front desk and was told the manager told her that the service is done every other day.. I told the lady at the desk what I needed and she was kind enough to supply me with the items.. clean shower towels, hand towels and wash clothes, Clean Glasses, Coffee cups, a box of kleenex tissues, and more coffee for the coffee maker.. I needed toilet paper, but that was under lock and key and she will have to find someone to unlock the area so she could get me toliet paper..She was so kind to bring it to my room and set it outside my door. I could not get my bedding changed so we slept in the dirty bedding...and Just so you know all during the day on my floor in the hallway was four piles of dirty bedding laying in the hallway...BUT I WAS TOLD THE MANAGER SAID EVERY OTHER DAY....so according to the piles of bedding in the hallway, it must of been the other day, but my room did not get touched...I question now does the bedding get changed after the visit of a guest ? or is it the new guest gets there night with dirty bedding because it does not fall into the Every Other day schedule
