I wish I would’ve saw the reviews a lot sooner. The staff was amazing and I am in no way blaming them for the mess they are in. It is clear that Marriott doesn’t take care of this location.
When we first got there one of the first red flags was that the automatic door was broken, not too big of a problem, just pointing out the signs. The next one was the pool and spa being broken. That is one of the main reason why I booked this hotel in this area. This was one of the only places I saw a spa and pool at that was a reasonable price.
The next issue was in the room. There were lights not working and nor were the TVs. Luckily, we were able to get the remote to change channels but we weren’t able to connect to any sort of streaming services, or switch over the HDMI for different devices.
After reading the other reviews I realized this isn’t a first time issue for past guests and these issues don’t seem to be resolving. This place definitely needs a remodel and I hope it gets it sooner rather than later. I would hate for another person to have to deal with what my partner and I did.
