The building itself is a historic property, and some original architectural features and structural details reflect its age and character, offering a unique and authentic Detroit experience.

This home is intentionally designed for calm, respectful stays and is not suitable for parties, gatherings, or long-term use.

Lost or unreturned keys may result in replacement or rekeying fees
Booking guest must be present for the entire stay
