I used to stay in this hotel in the past. I like the hotel. But this time, I had a bad experience. After I drove for few hrs under the rain we got to the hotel. Really tired. We checked in, we reserved a room with a king bed, but a room with two bed was given by the front desk staff. Then she told us our room is on the second floor but the elevador was not working. I asked if we can have a room on the first floor she said not is full. I was very upset but I tried to be nice, but was really hard to carry all the suitcases and bags to the second floor through the stairs specially for my friend due to her medical condition. Others guest were talking in a negative manner about the situation of the elevator. The front desk told us that the elevator problem has been an issue since eight month ago. Also she said that the hotel website has an
advertisement about the problem with the elevator. But we checked it nothing was found in the website page. Really I like to stay in this hotel because I travel a lot. But the elevator experience was bad.
