«Our Loft 1 room was spacious and clean. We had a refrigerator and complementary water bottles. Breakfast served each morning was great to start the day. There should be more towels per guest occupying the room. Currently they only provide 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel per day where it should be 2 bath and 2 hand towels as standard. We needed to request additional towels per day since we shower 2x/day due to hot climate.»

«A rundown hotel that once must have been very nice.
Simple breakfast but ok taste, no brewed coffee.
Pool area is not well maintained and there are evidence of algae
Location is a bit out of the main areas of Tarlac.
The place is okay for a few days but nothing to shout hooray for..»

«I was really looking forward to this stay. The pictures online are beautiful, reality was a bit different. The staff were nice and helpful. The bed and the surfaces were clean, under the cabinets was filthy and there were spiderwebs in the corners of the room. A light was in poor repair and falling off the wall. There are many lights in the room but only one light in the bathroom. I was only provided with two bath towels, hand towels and face cloths would have been nice.»
