The Space:

Soft coastal light fills the home as the day begins, with the calm rhythm of Crystal Beach just a short walk away. You move easily between wide windows, open gathering spaces, and breezy balconies, settling into a pace shaped by beach mornings and relaxed evenings. Whether the day is spent near the sand or by the pool, the home offers space to spread out and come together in equal measure.



The space

This entire three-story home in Crystal Beach, Destin is designed for group stays that value shared experiences and personal space. An elevator connects all floors, making movement throughout the home simple and accessible. Multiple living areas allow your group to gather without crowding, while a dedicated game room with arcade games and a large TV creates a natural place to unwind together. Reliable wifi, a dedicated workspace, and pocket wifi support remote work or school when needed.



Sleeping arrangements

The home accommodates large groups comfortably with eight bedrooms spread across all three floors. Seven king suites each offer a private bathroom, providing privacy and quiet at the end of the day. A dedicated bunk bedroom features two queen over queen bunks, ideal for kids, teens, or additional families traveling together. In total, the home sleeps 16+ guests with 11 beds and 7.5 baths.



Kitchen and dining

The main kitchen anchors the home with space for shared meals, casual cooking, and time together. Each floor also includes a wet bar with a mini fridge and coffee setup, so morning routines and evening drinks never feel crowded. Dining areas are suited for group meals, board games, or planning the next beach day.



Outdoor living

Outdoor spaces invite you to spend time outside from morning through evening. The private outdoor pool offers seasonal heat available by request from October through May. A patio, backyard lawn, balconies, outdoor seating, fire pit, BBQ grill, and outdoor dining areas provide flexible settings for relaxing after beach days or enjoying quieter evenings at home. Free parking is available on the property.



Beach days and getting around

Beach access is a short walk away, making it easy to head to the sand whenever the mood strikes. A 6-passenger golf cart is included for exploring nearby beaches, shops, and dining within about a mile. Beach essentials and bikes are provided for simple, stress-free outings along the coast.

Located in Crystal Beach, the home places you close to sugar-white sand beaches, coastal dining, shopping, and local attractions. The area is known for its relaxed beach-town atmosphere and easy access to everything Destin has to offer.

• Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure.
