Perfect gulf-front vacation rental for a dual family getaway, group travel, retreat, or event in Destin, Florida. It is located in one of Destin’s most luxurious gated communities – Destiny by the Sea. The six-bedroom, six-and-a-half bathroom home boasts two master suites, two full kitchens, on-site beach access, three spacious gulf-front balconies, and all the top-of-the-amenities one can dream up! Guests can walk right out their back door to the beach, or take a short stroll to the community pool and Jacuzzi hot tub.

Guests will be greeted to Villa Bianca by an open guest living area that overlooks the gulf. The smaller of the home’s two living areas, the first-floor living space includes a full guest kitchen and an entertainment area. The full kitchen includes a gas range, a GE Profile fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, and seating for three along the kitchen bar. The entertainment area seats six and provides guests with a large flat screen TV and a BluRay player. Gulf views can be taken in from the entire first-floor living area and private balcony. The private balcony allows for direct private beach access and al fresco dining for four! A half bath services the first-floor living area.

The first floor also houses two suites and the first of the home’s two laundry rooms. The first-floor king suite provides guests with gulf views, a flat-screen TV, and an en-suite full bath with a walk-in shower. A queen suite with a flat-screen TV and a full en-suite bath is located directly off the living area. A laundry room with Whirlpool appliances is also located on the first floor for added convenience.

The home’s main kitchen, formal dining area, and main living room are located on the second floor and provide guests with expansive gulf views. The main kitchen boasts a KitchenAid fridge/freezer, a warming drawer, an Induction cooktop, an electric range, and granite countertops. The formal dining area seats eight with additional seating for four available at barstools along the kitchen counter. The home’s main living room seats seven and includes a large mounted flat screen TV. The large balcony off the second-floor living area provides al fresco dining seating for 12 and two lounge chairs. A half bath services the second-floor living area. The only sleeping accommodations located on the second floor come in the form of a queen suite with a flat-screen TV and an en-suite bath.

Two king suites, a master suite, and an additional laundry room are located on the third floor. The first king suite on the third floor houses a king bed, a flat-screen TV, a walk-in closet, and a full en-suite bath with a large jetted tub and a standalone shower. The second king suite houses a king bed, a flat-screen TV, a private balcony, and a full en-suite bath with a stand-alone shower. Just off the Master Suite are an additional laundry room with LG appliances and a wet bar with a wine chiller.

Villa Bianca hosts one of the finer master suites on the Emerald Coast. Floor-to-ceiling windows allow guests to take in endless gulf views. The master suites host a king bed, a flat-screen TV, a BluRay player, and a private gulf front balcony. The master bath features a large tub, a stand-alone shower, a private water closet with a bidet, and dual sinks.
