Islander Condo # 105 er en East View, Platinum Unit som sover opptil 6 personer. Denne enheten er perfekt hvis du vil være i nærheten av bassenget og ikke ønsker å kjempe trappene eller heisen. Det er 50 meter fra bassenget og gårdsplassen går videre til gresset. Trinn inn i vårt tropiske paradis som er beleilig plassert for rask og enkel tilgang til stranden eller ditt valg av to bassenger.

Kjøkkenet er nylig renovert med en åpen bar, oppdaterte skap, granitt benkeplater, GE rustfritt stål apparater, med store doble dør kjøleskap med is i døren og er fullt utstyrt med alle verktøy for å møte dine matlaging behov. Samle rundt spisebordet med plass til 6 eller slapp av i stuen med nye møbler for å se 47-tommers Smart TV med digital kabeltilgang og en Streaming Blue Ray-spiller. Det er en dronning sovesofa tilgjengelig for gjestene.

Hovedsoverommet har en king size-seng med nytt, moderne sengetøy, ny madrass, nytt teppe og en 32 "TV. Badet har oppdatert forfengelighet, marmor benkeplater, og en walk-in dusj. Gjestesoverommet har 2 enkeltsenger med moderne møbler og en 27 "TV med en Streaming Blue Ray-spiller og en DVD / VCR-combo. Gjestebadet har blitt oppdatert med en ny forfengelighet, dusj og marmor benkeplater.

I have a couple of recommendations.Unit 105- Needs light bulbs replaced in master bath. The filer screen on the kitchen faucet needs replacing.Unit 106- The receptacles on each side on the bed in the master bedroom need fixing or replaced. There are 2 plug ins on each but only 1 works on each.I have been coming to The Islander since 1988. I have had ground floor units several times. In the past it was always customary and out of curtesy that you were aloud to park one vehicle in front of your unit. It is obviously not the case now but it should be reconsidered. But all and all for myself and my family we had a wonderful stay and a great vacation

It is located on the beach and you are provided an umbrella and 2 chairs.There are 2 swimming pools and hot tubs.Tennis court available but is was too Hutto play.Waiting time for some restaurants was a hour to hour and half.Don't be in a hurry. Disappointed with Platinum Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed at this exact same condo two years ago and could not believe how much it had run down. It was definitely not worth the platinum premium. Outlets that were loose from the wall, missing tiles, saggy worn out furniture, beds hard as rocks, cheap pillows, no dish drainer, no dishwasher cleaner, missing utensils, etc. To top it off we asked for a trash bags from the office (only had 2 bags for an 8 day visit) and were treated so badly by office you would have thought we were asking for gold.
