Our layout includes TWO homes with a total of 8 bedrooms & 5 bathrooms that can accommodate multiple families for your dream Destin vacation. The Space:

Our slice of paradise is situated on a fantastic corner lot directly on Scenic 98, the "beach road" and boasts some of the best unobstructed views of the most beautiful white sandy beaches in the world from almost every level of our home.

>> Main Home <<

• We begin by making your trip simple from the start by offering extremely convenient keyless entry, with a unique code for your stay for each of the homes. Upon arrival, there is parking directly on the side of the home for up to 5 vehicles. A short set of stairs leads you to the front door of the main home, where you're likely to walk in and say "WOW". Our spacious living area you'll enter to boasts multiple seating areas, a large screen TV, and dining room seating for the entire group to enjoy meals together. The natural light & rustic beachy decor will certainly have you in awe from the moment your trip begins!

• **Please note our fireplace is just for aesthetics & is not functional.**

• Directly off the living room to the right is our gourmet kitchen complete with vast counter space, an oversized refrigerator, double oven, cooktop, under-counter ice maker, & dishwasher. We also include a microwave, standard coffee maker, Keurig, blender, crock pot, toaster, dishes & cutlery, pots & pans, and cooking utensils. If you plan to cook during your trip, we encourage you to bring along any spices, condiments, & oils you may need as we do not provide any perishable or non-perishable items. All we're missing is your grocery order & the best cook in your group to help make this room the heart of the home for your stay! We also have an easy to use high chair, pack and play, kids cutlery, cups, and plastic dishes for our tiny travelers as well!

• Directly off the kitchen area is the only bedroom located on the first floor, best for those with any mobility issues as it does not require any additional stairs to access. This room has a King sized bed, seating, and TV. While not private to the room, a full bathroom is located in the hallway for easy access.

• Up our stairway to the second floor, guests can find three more bedrooms. To the left is our Twin bunk room, with two sets of built-in Twin sized bunk beds that can easily accommodate both children or adults. A Jack & Jill bathroom with a shower/tub, toilet, and His & Hers sinks attaches directly to the furthest corner of the room. The second bedroom on this floor can be found to the right, with a King sized bed, TV, and a private balcony. This room shares the Jack & Jill bathroom with the Twin bunk room. The hallway between these rooms includes a full size washer and dryer, for convenient guest use during your trip.

• The third bedroom on this floor is a breathtaking master suite, complete with a King bed, ample closet space, TV, seating areas, and amazing balcony views of the emerald waters & sandy white beaches. The spacious ensuite bathroom has a deep soaking tub, toilet, shower, & His & Hers sinks.

• Our fourth room & final room on this floor is a small bunk room with one set of Twin bunk beds, most appropriate for kids but can accommodate adults if needed.

• Up to the third floor of our home, guests can find the ULTIMATE loft-style bedroom with a barn door entry. This room not only boasts some of the best views in the home from the windows & balcony, but also a unique setup that can accommodate up to 6 guests. Two built-in Twin beds line the wall, with each having a Twin trundle bed underneath. A King sized bed is built down the center of the Twin daybeds. The loft area includes light seating for relaxation & a light kitchenette with a sink & mini fridge for storing those extra snacks or late-night drinks! Completing the room is an attached small bathroom with a toilet, sink, and standup shower.



>> Carriage Home <<

• The second home included on our lot is located directly behind the main home. This space is perfect for an entire family, with two bedrooms, a full kitchen, laundry, and a full bathroom. To access the guest house, you'll go up one flight of stairs, located right off the pool deck.

• Guests will enter directly into the kitchen area, with full appliances, dishes, silverware, small appliances, and breakfast bar seating for 4. To the right is the first bedroom, outfitted with two sets of built-in Twin bunk beds, a couch, & TV.

• Down the short hall to the right is the second bedroom, complete with a King sized bed, and TV. A stackable washer & dryer in the hall provides easy access for any laundry needs during your trip. One bathroom is located at the end of the hall, with a tub/shower combo, toilet & sink.

• The lower level of the second home is where we envision our guests will create memories for years to come. The large converted garage is perfect for game nights playing foosball, shooting hoops on the Pop-A-Shot game, shooting a game of darts, or nail biting Ping Pong games!



>> Outdoor Space <<

• Our outdoor space that sits directly in the center of the two homes offers a private pool with a fun waterfall feature (with optional seasonal pool heating), pool loungers, and a nice shaded bar area for escaping the hot Florida rays! The front deck offers a grill (with propane provided for your stay), patio tables & chairs, & a 7 person hot tub for the ultimate evening relaxation!



Guest Access:

• You’ll receive keyless entry instructions at 4PM CST on the day of your arrival for a smooth, hassle-free check-in.

• You'll have full access to both homes for your stay.



The Neighborhood:

• We're located right in the heart of Crystal Beach, some of the most beautiful beaches in the world - only a block away from the home! Shopping at the Destin Commons and Silver Sands Outlets, restaurants, and entertainment are just a few minutes away.



Getting Around:

• During busy times it can be easier to take an Uber, Lyft, or taxi to avoid dealing with traffic and parking. The town is fairly easy to navigate, as most everything to do is directly off the main road through in either direction!

• Airport Distances:

Destin FL (VPS) - 18 miles

Panama City FL (ECP) - 48 miles

Pensacola FL (PNS) - 76 miles



Other Things to Note:

• A courtesy supply is provided of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher/dish soap, laundry detergent, and hand soap that's typically enough for the first 24 hours of your stay. For larger groups or longer trips it is recommended that you bring additional supplies as seen fit for your group size/length of stay.

• Please plan your trip accordingly as we are located in Central Standard Time. Check in time is 4:00 PM, and checkout time is 10:00 AM. Cleaning and maintenance is required after each guest checkout & due to the size of the home, we are NOT able to schedule early check-ins or late check outs at any time.

• Golf cart rentals and pool heating are NOT included in your stay. We ask that groups please inquire for pricing as it varies based on season/length of trip.

• Spring break/student groups (under age 25) are permitted with PRIOR APPROVAL ONLY. A $100 cash deposit from each guest, and student rules signed at check-in is required. Parents are not permitted to book on behalf of a student group, and must be present at all times during a trip, if approved.

• We must be notified of a pet joining your trip before arrival. We have a 2 pet maximum permitted (unless otherwise approved) & our $200 pet fee must be paid prior to check-in. Pets must be house trained, not permitted on furniture or in the pool, and crated when left unattended. You are expected to clean up after your pet, or a $50 fee will be assessed. Emotional Support Animals are subject to pet fee, ADA Registered Service Animals are the only animals exempt from this at any time. Impersonating an ADA Service animal is a crime in our state so we appreciate honesty in this matter.

• There is only parking to accommodate up to 5 vehicles, and street parking/blocking sidewalk/right-of-way may result in citation from the City of Destin to be paid by guest in violation. Boat/RV/Trailer parking is not permitted at our home.
