The Space:

The condo comfortably sleeps four people by including one king bed and one queen pullout couch with luxury linens. It boasts newly tiled floors, large flat-screen TVs, tasteful coastal decor, and 12th-floor ocean views.



Take advantage of the fully-equipped kitchen detailed with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. We provide you with pots, pans, cooking utensils, a blender, a coffee pot, a toaster, and a microwave so you can enjoy home-cooked meals throughout your stay.



Guest Access:

Guests will receive the keys to their room at the front desk.



The Neighborhood:

Offering a private beach along Florida’s Emerald Coast, SunDestin offers spacious apartments with free WiFi and a balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. It has an indoor and outdoor swimming pool with a hot tub. A kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, and stove is in SunDestin’s air-conditioned apartments. Each comes with a bright decor and a living room including a sofa bed and cable TV with a DVD player. All come with a bathroom and a guest toilet. SunDestin Beach has a spa on site. Guests can also work out in the fitness center or play in the games room. A coin-operated laundry facility is available on each floor. Silver Sands Factory Stores is 4 miles from the resort, and Destin - Fort Walton Beach Airport is 30 minutes' drive away. Free parking is available at SunDestin Beach.



Getting Around:

Parking for one vehicle is included in your stay and free of charge. You will receive one parking pass to park directly on-site at the time of check-in.

For additional parking: you must register it at the front desk.



Other Things to Note:

- The resort will be working on landscaping bed corrections on the exterior of the property this late summer through early fall. This will result in some slight appearance disturbances as the team works to remove turf and soil around the entry of the lobby.

- Both the Dry Sauna and Wet Sauna are up and running for guest use.

- The resort’s outdoor pool house will be under future construction. The "indoor" pool is currently an outdoor pool for the time being.

- This unit is not pet-friendly.

- This unit includes on-site parking for 1 vehicle is included in your stay.

- This unit includes central AC/heat.

- This is a waterfront condo.

- There is no washer/dryer in the condo. However, there is a shared coin laundry facility on every floor available for use.

- Fitness Center Hours 6 AM - 10 PM.
