Welcome to Tangerine Cove, our charming 3-story home in Crystal Beach. Accommodating up to 12 guests, we're a great destination for families & friends to experience Destin!
The Space:
***SPECIAL DEAL*** We are including a six passenger golf cart for trips booked & staying December 2025 til March 1 2026. This promotion is not for any time period other than dates specified. Trip MUST be 4 days or more to qualify for a free golf cart. Must be a licensed & insured driver over age 25, and fill out the provided waiver.

Tangerine Cove is located in the Crystal Beach Cottages neighborhood, known for its quiet and charming feel amongst the hustle and bustle of Destin’s popularity. It is located just one block from a public beach access, an easy seven-minute walk!
We're also a few minutes away from local restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, entertainment, and most importantly, our sugar sand beaches and emerald green water!
We also have a large community pool, available exclusively to the few homes in our little cove, that guests can enjoy year-round. NOTE: Pool is heated only during Winter holidays and Spring breaks at discretion of HOA, and is not guaranteed.
Enter directly from the classic front porch into the living room, complete with cozy beach décor and comfy seating around a natural gas fireplace. Here you can kick back at the end of your beach day and enjoy our Smart TV and complimentary YouTube LiveTV.

The living room is an open concept space, shared with the kitchen and dining areas for plenty of space to enjoy being together.
Our kitchen features a full breakfast bar with pull-up stools, a designated coffee station and dining area with seating for 6. The kitchen is fully stocked and there’s extra pantry space as well to store your groceries for your trip, a rare commodity in many rentals!
A full laundry room is located directly off the living area for guest use, with easy access to the driveway in case you’re coming back from the beach or the store!

One of our favorite things about Tangerine Cove is the indoor/outdoor feel that comes from being able to enjoy the front and side porches off the living room, or the enclosed back porch off the dining room.

Guests can savor the outdoor spaces with their great blend of natural light & shaded seating areas all around the house.
The gracious front porch is the perfect place to chat while sipping a lemonade or ice tea. The side porch has a grill with a swing chair to supervise from! And we’ve added a small putting green as well for an extra touch of fun!
The back porch is a tranquil screened-in seating area where you can plan your backyard corn-hole tournament. Those with kids or pets will really appreciate the fully fenced-in yard for playing outdoors.
Off the bedrooms upstairs is a spacious deck, perfect for yoga and morning coffee or catching up on emails after a day at the beach.

Our last area of the home brings quite a lovely surprise. Guests can climb up a large ladder-style stairway to find our Crow’s Nest nook and step out to our "lookout point" at the very top of Tangerine Cove.
Rise early to catch a sunrise or enjoy a clear night with a glass of wine, looking out over Destin to watch the sunset.
NOTE: We do, however, caution to use this area at your own risk (especially with children) as it can be a steep climb up and not for those with mobility issues.

BEDROOMS AND BATHS:

The first bedroom is the main floor bunk room, with a twin over full bunk, a Smart TV with YouTube LiveTV, a Playstation 3 with a variety of games for kids, and a window seat for curling up with a book. There’s a door that enters directly onto the back screened patio (with a safety chain to prevent escaping little ones).
The second bedroom downstairs is a King bedroom that also includes a SmartTV with YouTube LiveTV, plenty of closet space, and a private entrance onto the back screened patio.
The main floor Full bathroom, with a tub/shower combo, is situated right off the living/dining area.
Up one flight of stairs is the second floor bedroom suite. This spacious room boasts a King bed, a twin bunk bed, Smart TV with YouTube LiveTV, a walk-in closet, and a private balcony with seating to enjoy a serene cup of coffee in the morning!
This room also has a "bonus room" attached to it with a triple stacked twin bunk bed, and a small workspace/luggage storage area. Our luxurious Master bathroom includes his and her sinks, a large, jetted tub, and a separate and spacious walk-in shower.

For the tiny travelers in your group we supply a pack & play, high chair, plastic dishes/cups/silverware, & baby gates for the stairs. These items are always at the home, so there's no need to request them in advance.
AROUND TOWN:
You will be a super close driving distance to anything you desire to do during your stay. We typically recommend taking an Uber or Lyft - they are very popular in the area and always less expensive that a normal taxi. NOTE: Grocery delivery is also available in our area from local grocery stores such as Whole Foods, Publix, WinnDixie, Walmart, and Target via InstaCart or Shipt.

Guest Access:
Check in time is 4PM CST and Check out time is 10AM CST. Early check in and late checkout is not always possible, but we are able to accommodate on occasion. (All guests must vacate premises at checkout time (10am) or an additional night’s rate & cleaning fee apply.)
We do not allow leaving luggage after checkout for liability reasons. Please keep in mind before & after your stay is the only time we are able to perform maintenance & cleaning of the home and most stays are back to back with other reservations.
