You'll be able to enjoy all the amenities of Destiny West including a community Swimming Pool & Hot tub, Fitness Center, Tennis, Pickleball & Basketball all in the comforts of the gated community.

As you step into this custom-built beach house, you'll be greeted by a stylish fusion of modern design and beachside charm. The open concept living, dining & kitchen area with a gorgeous island have custom details that pull together the perfect space to relax with company or entertain. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen has state-of-the-art appliances and everything you need to prepare delicious meals for your group, creating an atmosphere of comfort and luxury.
Take It EaSea sleeps up to 14 guests comfortably in style. The layout of the house is perfect for accommodating families or groups of friends, with lots of space and privacy provided by the multiple bedrooms and bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements are as inviting as the common spaces.

All renters must know this is a NON SMOKING property. Meaning no smoking inside or outside under the carport or anywhere on the property grounds. Fees will apply if rules are broken.

Capacity: Accommodates 14 guests

On the first floor you'll find the Main Primary Suite with private bathroom displaying a large walk-in glass spa with a stand-alone tub, shower and double vanity.

On the second floor you will find 4 bedrooms, with 3 additional bathrooms. Two of these bedrooms have private baths. Between the 5 bedrooms, there are 4 king beds, 2 full beds & 2 twin beds.
Smart TVs are also featured throughout the property, allowing you to unwind and catch up on your favorite shows or movies.
Having two sets of washers and dryers is definitely a bonus, especially for larger groups.

Parking for 5 max - Golf cart counts as a vehicle parking spot (No parking on the street or in grass at any time)

Student groups under the age of 25 and chaperoned groups are not allowed.

Amenities

There is a pack-n-play for the little guests along with a booster chair. Located in the
carport closet, you will see that there is an extra refrigerator. There is also plenty of
beach gear for your use including chairs, an umbrella, a beach cart, and an ice chest.

We have beach items, chairs, toys, gear, etc. that previous guests have left to reduce waste keeping our beaches beautiful. This also helps you to save more and bring joy to the next family!

** Pre-arrival grocery delivery & set up! (Don't waste beach time in the stores.) We've partnered exclusively with Two Chicks & A Cart for optional grocery delivery to ensure your kitchen and fridge are fully stocked upon arrival. Contact information will be given with rental agreement.

Disclaimer: A starter supply of basic essentials such as paper products, including bath tissue and paper towels along with a few laundry & dish detergent tabs, & liquid dish detergent are provided to help get you through your first night. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed during their stay.

*Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received within (60) days of the check-in date will forfeit the full payment. Cancellations between the initial booking date and 60 days before the check-in date may result in a cancellation processing fee.
