CONSTRUCTION UPDATE: AMENITY CLOSINGS EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 27, 2025

SunDestin Beach Resort is currently undergoing exterior construction around the property. The indoor pool, outdoor pool, and on-site restaurant are projected to be closed until the beginning of January 2026.

Please be aware that construction activity may result in noise between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM daily. Our goal is to keep you informed ahead of time so you can make the most of your stay with us.

Parking in the main lot may be limited. Please note that the drive-through area at the main lobby entrance, typically used for loading and unloading luggage, may be temporarily closed. Each one-and two-bedroom condo is allowed one vehicle only. Any additional cars will need to park in the overflow lot across the street.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding as the resort works to improve and enhance the overall guest experience.

Every day is a great day at SunDestin Beach Resort in Destin, FL! Select from an array of on-site amenities to ensure your vacation is anything but boring. Start your trip in the lobby gift shop and stock up on beach supplies for a day in the sun. Chill by the newly-renovated outdoor pool and enjoy seasonal amenities, including beach chair/umbrella rentals (fee), and an outdoor tiki bar. Maintain your fitness regime in the exercise room and swim some laps in the indoor pool (heated seasonally). Soothe aching muscles in the outdoor hot tub, sauna, or steam room. Head back to the condo with complimentary DVD rentals to enjoy in the unit. Should your stay include hosting large personal or professional functions, SunDestin Beach Resort houses more than 3,000 s.f. of meeting space, making it ideal. As always, our warm and friendly Scenic Stays team will be available throughout your stay via our 24-hour on-site front desk.

SunDestin Unit 1410 is a beautiful one bedroom, one and one half bathroom condo accommodating up to six. Soothe your senses in this calming sanctuary filled with comfortable furnishings and beachy decor. Assimilate breathtaking views from the open-concept living/dining floor plan or enjoy a movie on the wall-mounted flat-screen TV in the living room. Prepare meals and snacks in the fully-appointed kitchen and enjoy them on the private balcony, directly overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Everyone will get a peaceful night sleep, whether it be on the queen sleeper sofa in the living room, twin bunks nestled in the hall, or in the master suite with a king-sized bed, flat-screen television, and en suite bathroom.

Start your day at HarborWalk Marina in the Destin harbor, just five minutes away! Select from an array of available boating excursions for both young and old. From pirate and sunset cruises to snorkeling and paddle boarding trips, Destin has something for everyone!

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their  stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.
