Extras Pool Heat: The private pool can be heated from October 1st to May 1st for an additional fee of $65 per night for the entire stay. This must be arranged prior to your arrival. Starter Supplies: We provide a starter supply of essentials like paper towels, bath tissue to get you through your first night. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies. Grocery Delivery: We have partnered with a local service for optional pre-arrival grocery delivery to save you time. Booking Details Max occupancy: 14 Minimum age to rent: 25 No student or chaperoned groups. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received within 60 days of the check-in date will forfeit the full payment. For cancellations made more than 60 days before check-in, a processing fee may apply. Parking: There is space for 4 vehicles. **Golf Cart rentals are not allowed per Destin Pointe's Rules and Regulations. ***E-bikes are not permitted in the Destin Pointe community This is a non-smoking property. Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the property, including inside the home or in any outdoor areas.
