Important Information

- Maximum Occupancy: 16 guests
- Parking: 3 standard size vehicles (No overflow parking available)
- Minimum Age to Book: 25 years old (No exceptions)
- Security Deposit: $1,500 refundable on day of checkout
- Check-in: 4:30 PM CDT & Check-out: 9:00 AM CDT.
- Amenity Starter Pack: Includes hotel style soaps for each bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 4 rolls of toilet paper, 4 trash bags, 1 kitchen sponge, dish towels, and a laundry pod pack. This is designed to get you through your first night only. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies.
- Private Resort-Style Pool & Spa Area: Heated seasonally for an additional fee (October - April)
- Gourmet Kitchen: Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a spacious island, and freshly painted cabinets
- 6-Passenger Golf Cart: Included for easy beach access

First Floor:

Additional Bedrooms:
- King guest bedroom with a private full bathroom
- Queen bedroom and bunk room (twin over twin bunks) share a bathroom with private entry. The bunk room includes built-in USB charging ports.
- All Bedrooms: Furnished with flat-screen Smart TVs, high-speed WiFi access points, and new vinyl wood flooring.

- Signed Rental Agreement Required

Good Neighbor Policy
This is a family-oriented neighborhood, not a party home. Any vulgar language, excessively loud music, large parties, and unauthorized events are strictly prohibited. Complaints of excessive noise, disturbances, parties, violations of HOA rules, or law enforcement involvement will result in eviction and forfeiture of all deposits.
