«This place is unbelievable and I will stay here every time I come to Destin. From the front door you have an amazing view and then from every other window/ door you have an amazing view of the ocean. The place was spacious, clean, and had everything you would need to make your trip easier, by yourself or with children, such as laundry detergent, dish soap, coffee, etc. The Pelican Cafe was a great place to eat our breakfast and lunch during the day and it was right in the hotel. There are 3 ...

«You pay for the location. Some things are broken and some have not been replaced. This was not my home nor I expected it to be. We wanted a location on the beach. If you are fine with understanding that this is a rental property on the beach then you should be okay with it. Elevators are not busy pool was okay, gym needs some updated equipment. I will return to Destin. On to the next one.»

«It’s beautiful and we will definitely come back. It’s a great spot without having an overcrowded beach. We brought our own ten and set behind the chairs. There were large enough gaps to park the tent with an ocean view. It’s a short walk from the room. We didn’t get in the pool because we only came for two days but it seemed like the kids were enjoying it. I’m already, ready to plan our next trip. Great food options in the area and close to anything you need. This room was clean and we had an ...

«Not at all what we expected. Looked better in pictures-condo needs lots of updates. Who does the room checks?
Very nice view. Lots of noise.
Very dated and worn looking..Living room and bedroom TV’s were not operational. Beds were old and very uncomfortable-sheets were thin and worn-no pillowcases in smaller bedroom and no blankets to be found anywhere. The MB shower flooded more than 3 inches due to a clogged/plugged drain. Ugh!
For what we paid for an overnight stay here, I feel like we ...
