- Each unit is provided 2 parking spaces. The entire complex has 24 hr. gated security access.

Guest access:
Guests have the entire home and 2 parking spaces. There is also one EV charger on premises for EV vehicles.

House rules:
- Please be courteous to neighbors and keep the noise to a minimum when outside.

- If smoking of any kind takes place inside, please note there will be a minimum charge of $350 for extra cleaning.

- $50 fee enforced for lost/not returned cooler and/or beach towels.

- Shoreline Towers units cannot be rented to persons under the age of 25.

- Smoking outside permitted.
- Pet policy- No Pets allowed.
- NO underage consumption or drugs
- NO parties or large gatherings are permitted.

A friendly reminder to please remove your shoes when entering the house. The beach has sand which tracks indoors. This helps us keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone. Thank you for your understanding!
